MAD MEETING AGREEMENT
Let’s Get MAD the Right Way 💙

MAD is a space to release what you’ve been holding, relax in an environment of healthy mindset changes, in order to receive all that life has to offer you.

To help keep MAD a safe environment, all MAD meeting attendees and facilitators agree to support the following:

For All Attendees
-
We listen to understand, not to correct, debate, or fix.
-
We share personal experiences rather than telling others what they should do.
-
We respect different beliefs, backgrounds, and personal growth journeys.
-
We allow space for all voices — no one voice should dominate the discussion.
-
We are encouraged to share, but no one is pressured or forced to speak.
-
We honor personal boundaries without judgment or pressure.
-
We practice time awareness so everyone has the opportunity to release, relax, and receive.
-
We communicate with respect when concerns or misunderstandings arise.
-
What goes on in MAD stays in MAD.

For Facilitators
-
Guide discussions rather than lecture.
-
Encourage balanced participation and gently redirect dominating shares.
-
Keep conversations aligned with the meeting topic and purpose.
-
Protect emotional and psychological safety within the space.
-
Respect members who choose to listen and process internally.
-
Support open reflection while maintaining healthy time structure.
Thankyou for agreeing to help protect our safe place.

Let’s live out the true meaning of MADlife — living a life of clarity in the mind that shows personal beliefs that benefit oneself and others.

By signing in, attending, or participating in MAD meetings, individuals acknowledge understanding and agreement with these community standards.
